Hours
The Pocatello City Recreation Center is open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday they are open from 6am-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday from 1pm-5pm. They are closed on certain holidays, so call ahead on special days just to be sure.
Sports and Activities
The rec center features multiple handball/racquetball courts. They are open year round for your enjoyment an exercise. The swimming pool has lap lanes where you can have your own lane to yourself. The weight room is open for everyone age 15 and above. There is even an indoor climbing wall, but this is seasonal and not available all year round.
Classes
You can also find a variety of classes available throughout the year. During the Winter and Spring, they hold dance classes and fitness classes. You can also take their aquacise class, for low impact exercise. During the summer, you can enjoy swim lessons for people of all ages.
