Pay and Benefits
$30.00 - $40.00 Per Hour

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Ford Certifications are required.
- ASE A1-A9 Certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Own your own hand tools.
- Good diagnostic skills.
- On time and dependable.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other vehicle systems.
- Mentor junior technicians by sharing expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed for quality control and customer communication purposes.
Additional Skills
- DealerTrack software is a plus.
- Total Customer Connect (TCC) software is a plus.
