Between 5:30pm-8:30pm, there will be fun for the whole family! With the purchase of a ticket, you receive admission to the concert. There will also be food and drinks inside the event available. Children under 2 years of age are free! Summer Solstice 2022 -  The whole family can enjoy the Summer Solstice festival on Saturday June 11 th at the Sandy Downs Arena. The gates open at 10am and close at 11pm. Here you’ll find a range of activities for the whole family. There will be bounce houses, a 3-legged race, a car show, Battle of the Bands and more! The best part? It’s free entry for everyone! Jordan World Circus – Head over to the Sandy Downs Arena on Monday, June 13 th. There are two showtimes at 4pm and 7pm, so you’ll have two opportunities to see this mind blowing circus act. The Jordan World Circus features a wide array of performers from aerialists, jugglers and a motorcycle in a cage! Hawaiian Luau at the Zoo – The Idaho Falls Zoo is overflowing with events for the family this June! Here’s another one! The Luau brings fun for the whole family to the zoo with live entertainment like hula dancers and Taiko drummers. There will also be all kinds of fun food and drinks for everyone. More outdoor events are happening in May as the weather continues to warm up. Check out our pick of 4 family friendly events in Rexburg, Idaho in May 2022. more A Superhero Adventure – Circus Funtastic is bringing its incredible super adventure to Rexburg! Be amazed while their performers pull off amazing stunts, jugglers blow your mind and clowns make you laugh until you cry. With each adult ticket purchase, you get a free child ticket as well! The event takes place on May 2 from 4:30pm-7:30pm at the Old Armory next to the Fairgrounds. Ropes Course – Come try out the crazy ropes courses hosted by BYU Idaho. The ropes course is three stories tall! You can also have fun on their zip-line or their exciting free fall device. There are some weight restrictions, and each child under 11 must be accompanied by an adult. The course is open throughout May and you can schedule a time at their website. Rexburg Farmer’s Market – Beginning May 6 th, the Farmer’s Market is opening in Rexburg for 2022! Come and get your fresh fruits and vegetables, all provided by our local producers! The Farmer’s Market will return every Friday from 4pm-8pm until October 7 th! Memorial Day – While no specific event will be taking place on this day, it will be a day when schools and many businesses are closed. It can be a day to remember those who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom and spend time with those close to you. Here are our picks for family friendly events in Idaho Falls, Idaho in April 2022. more Painting With The Easter Bunny - This is great for kids of all ages. For $1.50 per kid, each child gets one egg to paint with the Easter Bunny. Don’t worry, the eggs are wooden, so no chances of breaking. The Easter Bunny will be at the Idaho Falls Wood-N-Craft on April 9th. Idaho Falls Gem & Mineral Show - Here you’ll find lots of different items. Vendors will have everything from jewelry to rough rock for sale, demonstrations and displays. There will also be activities for children to enjoy. The Mineral Show is April 9th-10th at the City Recreation Center. Idaho Falls Zoo Opening - The Idaho Falls Zoo will be reopening for the 2022 season on April 13th! The Idaho Falls Zoo features 6 exhibits with animals from all over the world. The Children’s Zoo gives you the opportunity to feed sheep, interact with goats and watch pigs roll in the messy mud. The zoo’s regular hours are 9:30am-5:00pm daily. Hello Spring Craft Fair - Over 100 artisans and crafters from within the community gather for this terrific event! Here you can awe at all the amazing talent and shop locally for handmade goodies. The Craft Fair will be held at the Shilo Inn Event Center on Sat, April 23.
